Quality of life Any volunteers who want to go live in Norway? Like I guessed none, but according to the United Nations Human Development Report, Norway came out tops when measured against other countries.South Africa came in just ahead of Mongolia...WTF? Would you trade the Mongolian Steppes for the beaches in Cape Town and the vibrant(dangerous) nightlife in Joburg?
The message though is that this government has to stop beating around the bush and do something about Aids...stop the birching and just stop this disease whatever it takes.
