Break up, three days later I'm in "love"
Yeah shit is really funny...today I was on the phone with Carissa we talked for what seemed an eternity(must've been 20 mins)...I think we moved one step closer, 20 minutes after dropping the call she sends me a text message saying she's in love.
At that moment the only thought on my mind was dicking her, seriously she couldn't keep me intellectually occupied for two seconds...so I guess next I'll be fucking someone's daughter in Bloemfontein.
And I see that some Syrians finally made good on their threats and
burnt down the Danish and Norwegian embassies in Damascus while Danes were out on the streets
protesting either for or against the cartoons.
If this shit is still in the news next week I'm going to ask Osama bin Laden to surrender live on Al-Jazeera to US Rangers.

Although I've been following the controversy around the
Muhammad cartoons which seems to have everyone and his mother talking about the freedom of speech since late last year when I first read about it. Since then what should have been a minor blip on the news radar has been allowed to rage for months and was further inflamed when several European newspaper published the controversial cartoons this
week...why they published it is everyone's guess, me thinks they used freedom of expression to hide behind a veil of hatred. It's a well-known fact that for many Muslims immigrants adapting to life in Europe has been anything but
smooth sailing...I wonder what will happen to me if tommorow, due to some war in my country I end up in Saudi Arabia. Would I be allowed to start a prayer group for refugees? I doubt it, chances are that I'll be persecuted from here to enternity for
challenging Islam.
If anyone tells me Islam is the religion of peace I might just be tempted to sue them because what happens in practice is quite the opposite.
It was only a matter of time before this happened but yeah, we're the first to produce a
movie using only cellphones. I'm actually thinking of getting the Sony Ericsson W900i when it get's released over here...should start puting some money away.

Well, it definitely ain't about current news events although I sometimes refer to them and it definitely ain't about making the world a better place...well for me it's just a place where I come to write down my thoughts.
Yes, there is racism in Cape Town...it might be subtle, but it's definitely there.
Come to think of it, last night was so fucking hot I don't know how I managed to sleep...plus when I got home my place was stinking...my ex gf had left out cooked veggies in the kitchen...add heat to that and you've got a big stink...so I had to spray air freshner all over the place before I could sit down and watch Pirates of the Caribbean...which I couldn't finish watching because I was exhausted from the heat and feeling a bit tipsy following a couple of drinks after work with a colleague.
Break-ups, no make ups!!
After just over a year my relationship with Cebisa finally kicked the bucket...breaking up with her was the weirdest thing because she was still in my bed, I was still lying naked when I told her that I was not feeling "us" no more...she was puzzled by the suddenness, even though we had spoken about it the previous day over lunch.
Ok, it was a bit out of the blue...but I couldn't keep on living a lie.
This morning she removed her stuff from my flat, we got into a taxi which tok us to the station where we parted with a kiss...hardly any sign of hatred.
Maybe I need my space, maybe I'll wake up next week and realise what stupid fool I've been these last couple of weeks but right here and now it feels like the right decision.
Weird vibes
More and more I've been getting the feeling that perhaps it would my girlfriend to call it a day. We're definitely not spending enough time together, seemingly she thinks everything is cool.
I'm still planning to visit Carissa in Bloemfontein early next month.
Kissing her opened my eyes to the fraud I thought was a relationship..
